Overview

Moodle Support requests include:

  • Course access and configuration assistance
  • Assistance with assignments, quizzes, and other Moodle activities
  • Consultation request as you plan a course or activity

Common request descriptions:

  • In my course (https://moodle.carleton.edu/course/view.php?id=33540), I would like to set up a quiz where students each see different sets of questions.
  • I updated my gradebook in course101-section-s20 and now grades are not calculating correctly
  • I would like to improve my Moodle course organization or layout. (screenshot of the entire Moodle page)

More Information

Be as specific as possible when reporting your request/issue. Please include:

  • which class you're in, including course number and section
  • the URL of the specific course in Moodle if you are seeing an error in the course site
  • which activity or feature isn't working (and the URL of the specific activity)
  • screen shots whenever possible
  • what browser you're using

Occasionally, Moodle starts to misbehave and respond much more slowly than it has previously.  This is most likely to be experienced when you have been doing a lot of work in Moodle recently, so often it is a problem at the beginning of the term.
