Troubleshooting FAQ for Teaching Stations

By design, not all teaching stations and classrooms have all of the functionalities listed in the troubleshooting FAQ. Some functionalities are rare and some rooms won't even have a "teaching station" per se - there may just be a button box on the wall!

These help pages are designed for rapid scanning of some of the most common self-addressable issues.

The sound is not playing or is too soft in the room or on the monitor.

Few rooms are equipped with this functionality built in. If the room you are in does not have this functionality, please use the camera and microphone in your laptop or provide your own web camera and/or conferencing microphone, if desired.

Teaching Station: The document camera isn't here/displaying...

Not all rooms have a document camera. The best indicator that a room should have a document camera is an icon on the touch screen offering it as a display option.
