Wireless Network
For your first week at Carleton, the most important things you need to do are to get your computer/phone/Xbox/pet penguin on the WiFi network. We have a number of ways to do this, all linked here:
Duo Two-Factor Authentication & Your Carleton Account
Setting up Duo two-factor authentication takes about 15 minutes, and the instructions can be found here: Using Duo - Carleton’s two-factor Authentication

Drop-Off Center: computer repair for student devices, provided by fellow (experienced) students

Loaners: The ITS Helpdesk will provide temporary loaner laptops while your device is being repaired. Long term loaners may need to be coordinated between ITS and the Dean of Student's office.
Public Computers & Printers at Carleton

Printing at Carleton: ITS provides a budget for printing every year at public printers around campus.

Computer Labs at Carleton: ITS operates numerous labs around campus that you can use free of charge. You may even have classes in these labs sometimes.

Remote Labs: ITS has machines in the cloud available that can boot into both Windows and Mac.
