By default, the course overview block shows current courses (in progress) a user is enrolled in. Anyone in Moodle can customize the course overview block to suit their preferences.

Fixing Moodle Slowness

Occasionally, Moodle starts to misbehave and respond much more slowly than it has previously.  This is most likely to be experienced when you have been doing a lot of work in Moodle recently, so often it is a problem at the beginning of the term.

Most of the time, this slowness is related to your browser keeping local copies of the Moodle pages which eventually get somewhat corrupted.  Try these things to counter-act this problem.
