Moodle: LearnR Theme

Overview

LearnR (previously known as Fordson) is the default theme for Moodle 4.2 (applied to LearnR or Do Not Force). This article goes over how to change the Moodle theme to LearnR with a sample screenshot. 

Configuring LearnR Theme

1. Enter the Course Settings menu by the selecting Settings tab on the top bar of your course page
2. Scroll to and expand the Appearance section.
3. Open the drop-down menu next to the Force Theme label, and select LearnR Theme.
4. Click one of the Save buttons at the bottom of the page.

Below is an example of the LearnR Theme. 

1. Enable or disable course editing via the top right corner of your course.
2. Open or close the Course Blocks section via the button just under the Edit Mode button.
3. All course management menus sit just under the main image for your course.
