Tags Zulu

Introduction

A softphone is a software application installed on your computer that use used to make and receive calls. A softphone is used if you don't use a physical phone often or if you do remote work and want to make and receive calls via your Carleton extension. Currently Carleton uses Zulu as their softphone software.

All faculty and staff who have a campus extension have been assigned a Zulu software license to accommodate remote work.
