Downloading and emailing prompts and responses
Amplify allows you to download your responses into a Microsoft Word Doc, and in some cases a Microsoft PowerPoint if the proper template has been installed.* Additionally, you can use their email option to send an email to anyone with either your prompt, or your response from Amplify. These two ways of sharing your Amplify messages outside of the platform. In this section, we will review:
- Sharing conversation (responses and prompts) by download
- Sharing conversations (responses and prompts) by email
Downloading
There are two main areas to find the download icon 
- At the top of your chat interface as part of the chat options menu
- Use this option to download your entire chat.
- Click on the icon and a menu will appear. Choose your format type (Word or PowerPoint, if available) template (if available), name of conversation, which messages to include, and whether or not you want to label any headers from your conversation. Below, you can even select additional conversations if you wish.

- Click "Download", and after it prepares the download, you will click another big blue button labeled "Click to Download."
- This will download your chose format into your browsers download folder.
- On the right-hand side of your chat, when you place your cursor in the space of a prompt or a response, a vertical menu will appear with the download icon (see below: Sharing by email) .
- Use this option to share an individual prompt or response only.
- A menu will appear to select a download format (Word or PowerPoint, if available).
- Click "Download", and after it prepares the download, you will click another big blue button labeled "Click to Download."
- This will download your chose format into your browsers download folder.
Sharing by email
The email option is another way for people to share an individual prompt or response. Choosing this options pastes the prompt or message into your chosen email service.
- Locate the Email icon, just below the download icon, found in the vertical menu on the right-hand side of a prompt or a response.
- Click on the email icon, select your email application of choice,.
