Student Zoom License Upgrade Request

Overview

All Students get a Basic Zoom license at Carleton.

Students may request to upgrade to a Pro license if needed using the Request Service button.

We will process requests within one week during academic terms.

Please ensure that you have registered as a Carleton Zoom member

by visiting: carleton.zoom.us and using your college credentials

Potential reasons to make this request:

• Need to be assigned as an alternative host on a Zoom
• Need to host 3+ participants for 40+ minutes on a Zoom
• Need to use a special Zoom license for a large meeting or a webinar
