Language Lesson Issue

Overview

For Language Lesson requests including:

  • Missing or broken audio clips
  • Recording issues

Common request descriptions:

  • I am receiving this error [insert error here] on my lesson.
  • Students are recording audio, they can hear it but I can't hear them.

More Information

Be as specific as possible when reporting your issue. Please include:

  • which class you're in
  • which activity or feature isn't working
  • screenshots whenever possible
  • what browser you're using
  • If web-based, the URL of the site causing problems (e.g. a specific Moodle URL.)
