Third Party Proxy: Navigate Workday

Once you have logged into Workday for the first time, you can find the information your student has elected to share with you.

Navigating Your Workday Account as a Third Party

Nearly everything you will do your Third Party account in Workday is found in the Global Navigation Menu on the left.

• In the Global Navigation Menu (the three-line menu at the top left of your screen), you'll have access to two Apps:

  • Finances for Third Party app: access to financial information, payment options, Health Insurance Waiver/Enroll, etc.

  • Academics for Third Party app: access to course and grade information.

• The Global Search Box will allow you to search through the Workday pages you have access to.

• The Notifications and My Tasks sections will prompt you if action is needed.

• Your Profile icon will open up account preference options.
  Note that Third Parties do not have full profiles in Workday, so if you need to change your email address or other contact information, your student will have to do that for you through the student's Friends and Family list in Workday.
