Changing your Voicemail Password

To get into the voicemail settings:
IF USING A GRANDSTREAM DESKTOP PHONE
                ON CAMPUS - Press the Message button (the envelope button)
                OFF CAMPUS - Dial your phone number and when you begin to hear your voicemail message Press *

IF USING A ZULU SOFTPHONE:
                Press *97 on the Zulu Keypad

1. Enter your voicemail password 
2. Press 0 (zero) to go to Mailbox Options 
3. Listen to the prompts.
   • Press 5 to change your password enter your new password. They will ask you to enter it a second time
