Conferencing for Hybrid Teams: Conference-Ready Rooms

Many departments have their own conference-ready rooms (often called "huddle rooms") that have a webcam, microphone, and speaker setup to connect in-person attendees with remote attendees. If your team have hybrid meetings, here are options to consider.

• During term breaks, you may be able to schedule classrooms that have conferencing equipment in them
• Your department may wish to purchase equipment through ITS to create a permanent "huddle room" or to bring with you to make a pop-up huddle room wherever you need to meet.
