Report an issue with software and applications, including:
- Adobe Products or Creative Cloud
- ArcGIS Desktop, Pro or Online
- Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Operating Systems, including Mac or Windows
- Discipline specific software
- Mail Merge is built into Gmail, instructions on use can be found at Gmail Mail Merge. Note This option is limited to 1,500 recipients per day, for mail merge options greater than 1,500 recipients fill out a Software Request form.
- Time Machine or backups
- Software or Games in the VR Lab or Game Room
Support Levels
For discipline specific software, we provide best effort support.
For GIS/geospatial software, we only offer full support for ESRI ArcGIS software and limited support for other programs.
