Overview
Recover a lost file from your local hard drive, Time Machine, or St. Olaf network share (on-campus file storage).
For Google Drive requests:
- If you were the owner, please visit their how-to guide
- If you had access to a file/folder, but lost access, please click the Request Service button at the right (or bottom, depending on your screen size).
- If you need to recover a file or documents from someone else's Google Drive, please fill out a Google Request. This requires approval, and you will be notified when the request is approved or denied.

Windows Users: use the Previous Version feature to recover files from a St. Olaf network share (on-campus file storage).
