Feature codes serve as keypad shortcuts to perform special functions in the phone system. They work with both the desktop phone and the softphone.
*43 – Echo Test
*60 – Speaking clock
*65 – Speak your extension/phone number
*76 – Do Not Disturb toggle (activate/deactivate)
*96 – Call Forwarding toggle (activate/deactivate)
*#### – Call directly to voicemail. Replace #### with the destination extension. You can also transfer a call directly to voicemail this same way.
