Need to request specialized software?

Some applications and freely available online. Others, such as FileMaker Pro, have a limited number of licenses. Please place a Software Request if you need software that is not displayed in Jamf Self Service or K1000. 

Install [software name]

Look for [software name] in either K1000 (Windows) or Jamf Self Service (Mac)

In the Wiki

When things move to the KB, insert a Note with the following content into the old article in the wiki. Make it Heading 2, and of course edit the article/category and link at the end. The first links below are for Category links, and the second ones are for articles, so you can just copy the article number and change that, rather than the entire link.
