Overview
For software support including:
- Adobe Creative Cloud (requires approval): Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.
- All other software not available in k1000.carleton.edu or Jamf Self Service
- Program crashing
- Error messages
- Unexpected pop-up messages
- Missing features or functionality
Common descriptions:
- I need Photoshop on my computer
- We need a specific version of FileMaker Pro in our office
- I want to update (upgrade) my Mac OS.
- Word is showing odd symbols in my document.
- Chrome keeps crashing when I open a page.
- I get an error message when I try to save a file.
- The student workstation is missing software.
- This feature is not working.

Request software to be installed on Carleton-owned equipment: office computer, student workstations, or non-refreshing labs.
We will check our availability and either provide instructions for installation, push the installation, or reach out to collect information for ordering the software.
