Access OnBase on a Loaner Laptop

If you're using a Carleton-owned Loaner laptop, and are signing in with the local loaner account, you can still access OnBase.  Just follow these steps:

  1. Make sure the VPN is connected.
  2. Press Shift (on your keyboard) and hold it while you right-click on the OnBase Unity Client.
  3. You should see a menu appear with the following options. Choose Run as different user.
  4. Enter your Carleton username and password (you do not need the full email address).
  5. On the OnBase sign in page, complete the fields as follows:
    1. Globe Field: ADS
    2. Person Field: your Carleton username
    3. Lock Field: your Carleton password
