Tickets for AV equipment reservations can come in via:

  • Clients calling the ITS Helpdesk
  • Clients emailing the ITS helpdesk
  • Clients filling out a Reservation Form, found on this page
  • Clients coming to the ITS Helpdesk in person

AV equipment reservations should be routed to Helpdesk 1

Use the ticket to confirm:

  • The equipment requested

  • The timeframe for pickup and return

  • Answering any questions and clarifying policy with the client

Once the points above are confirmed and the Reservation is made in WebCheckout, the ticket may be closed
