Clients calling the ITS Helpdesk
Clients emailing the ITS helpdesk
Clients filling out a Reservation Form,
found on this page
Clients coming to the ITS Helpdesk in person
AV equipment reservations should be routed to Helpdesk 1
Use the ticket to confirm:
The equipment requested
The timeframe for pickup and return
Answering any questions and clarifying policy with the client
Once the points above are confirmed and the Reservation is made in WebCheckout, the ticket may be
closed
