- Clients emailing the ITS helpdesk
- Clients filling out a Reservation Form, found on this page
- Clients coming to the ITS Helpdesk in person
AV equipment reservations should be routed to Helpdesk 1
Use the ticket to confirm:
Once the points above are confirmed and the Reservation is made in WebCheckout, the ticket may be closed
