MacOS:
Click on the
Apple icon
at the top left of your screen
Select
System Settings
Select
Privacy & Security
Select
Screen & System Audio Recording
Enable
Zoom
(you may need to enter your computer's password)
Windows:
This behavior has not been observed yet on a Windows computer.
