As a result of printer replacements, several printers have changed names and need to be re-added to function.
Step 1: Find your new printer's name
To find your new print queue, look up the old printe queue in the left hand column or with Control-F (Windows) or Command-F (macOS) and refer to the new print queue name in the right hand columnr. In most cases, the building and room number will be identical.

Step 2: Update your computer's printer list
- Make note of the name of the printer that you used to use. It'll have a building code, room number, and printer model code.
- Find your new printer's name (above). It will probably be almost exactly the same, usually with only the printer model code at the end changed to CC5840 or H.... but sometimes the room number has also changed.
- Remove the old printer from your computer (here are instructions for macOS and for Windows)
- Add the new printer to your computer (here are instructions for macOS and for Windows)
