As a result of printer replacements, several printers have changed names and need to be re-added to function. Please see Windows: Adding a Printer (link opens in a new tab) or Mac: Adding a Printer (link opens in a new tab) for instructions on how to add the new printer- after you have added the new printer and confirmed that the names match, you can remove the old printer to avoid confusion.
The most updated list of corresponding old and new printers is below. To find your new print queue, look up the old printer in the left hand column or with Control-F (Windows) or Command-F (macOS) and refer to the right hand column for the new printer. In most cases, the building and room number will be identical
