The ITS Knowledge Base is intended to provide Carleton-specific instructions that help our community accomplish common technological goals. The ITS Knowledge Base does not recreate vendor-supported help sites (such as Google Help or Microsoft Support), but instead offers guidance for Carleton-specific hardware, software, and technology-related practices.
