Forget or Remove a Network

Some devices will let you manage/remove WiFi networks even when you aren't connected to them. Others will only let you do this while connected to the network in question. See the appropriate page depending on the device that you are trying to forget or remove a network from.

• Android: Forget a WiFi Network (Note that these instructions come from Google, which owns Android, and should therefore work for most versions of Android phones but will not work for all versions. You may need to search for instructions from your device distributor, such as Samsung, Moto, etc)
• Windows: Remove a WiFi Network
  1. Click into Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi
  2. Click on Manage Known Networks
  3. Click on the network you want to remove
  4. Click on Forget
