Dropbox: Removing Sharing and Removing Your Access
To unshare a folder or file that you own
Locate the folder and select
Share
folder
(or icon).
Select the
gear icon
(settings) in the lower-right corner of the window.
Select
Unshare folder
at the bottom left.
Confirm you want to unshare. You can choose to allow members to keep a copy of the files or delete them entirely for everyone.
To remove your access to a file or folder that has been shared with you
Hover over the folder or file and click the three vertical dots (more options).
Select
Manage Permissions
.
Select the dropdown arrow next to your name and select
Remove my access
.
