Staging a Reservation in Webcheckout

  1. Log in to WebCheckout
  2. Select the Information Technology Services Checkout Center
  3. Select the Reservation you're staging equipment for
  4. Once in the reservation page, click Stage Reservation 
  5. Enter the barcode of the specific item you've selected in the Stage Resources field. Successfully staged items will show in the Latest Scanning Results field on the right
  6. Click Closed. Note the staged icon next to the item. If their are multiple items on the reservation each successfully staged item will show the staged icon. 
  7. Once all items are staged, they can be physically moved up to the Helpdesk to await pickup
