If your students enter different email addresses for you, Workday will create separate Third Party accounts for you. If you wish to have just one account, please have your students all use the same email address when entering your information.
If your multiple students all enter the same email address for you, Workday will merge your various accounts so that all of your students' information is available under one login. The notifications about this merging process are confusing:
- Workday will email you saying that you have a new notification to Manage Permissions.
NOTE: You will NOT be able to use the link that it sends you. Instead, proceed to step 2.
- Go to Workday for Affiliates (link opens in a new window) and log in with your existing username and password.
- Click on the My Tasks inbox icon at the top right of your screen
- Open the task that asks you to Manage Permissions
- Click the orange Approve button at the bottom of the task
Your students' information will all now be available to you.
