Carleton Faculty and Staff Licenses are provided to currently employed faculty and staff members after the employee signs in through Carleton.zoom.us, clicks SIGN IN, and follows the prompts for Carleton Single Sign-On. By default, users will receive Basic licenses, which allow hosting meetings up to 40 minutes for 100 participants. Specific roles identified through divisional leadership are assigned one of the limited number of Zoom Pro licenses, which allow for hours-long Zoom meetings with up to 500 participants.

Carleton Student Basic Licenses are provided to currently enrolled students after the student logs in through Carleton.zoom.us, clicks SIGN IN, and follows the prompts for Carleton Single Sign-On.

Zoom Pro License checkouts are available to all Faculty, Staff, and students for periods of 1 day or 1 week.

Note: For users who require large group WEBINAR licenses (up to 1,000 participants), please submit an event support ticket.
