Overview
Student organizations, co-curricular clubs, campus centers, campus institutes, and professors have the option to display a collection of library materials in Rolvaag’s lobby or the Music Library.
More Information
Display requests will be reviewed by the LITS Events & Engagement Team on a first-come, first served basis. Library and campus administration will be called upon to make final decisions on displays that may be harmful to campus constituents.
All outside content, including books, films, and decorations that are not owned by the library are subject to library approval. The library does not take responsibility for any personal items (books, films, decorations, props, etc.) that are damaged, lost, or stolen. Theft and damage are real risks. Exhibitors can include personal items, but at their own risk.

The opportunity to display is open to all established student organizations, co-curricular clubs, and faculty.
