Instructions for submitting a Library Materials Acquisition Request can be found below, as well as general tips.
Materials Request
- Go to https://stolafcarleton.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/2779/Library/Requests/ServiceDet?ID=47459
- Click Request Service on the right hand side of the screen.

- On the following page fill in all relevant information you have about the material you are requesting. The most important fields are:
Please note that the Place on Course Reserves? Field is required even if not pictured above.
- Once the form is complete, click the Submit button at the bottom of the screen.
General Tips
- All physical material requests must be submitted at least two weeks before the item is needed. If not submitting in that time frame, it cannot be guaranteed that the item will be available at the requested time.
- Do note that St. Olaf Libraries do not control shipping times and some items may take longer than 2 weeks to arrive.
- All electronic items must be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the need by day to allow for any necessary processing.
- St. Olaf Libraries has contracts with specific vendors to provide electronic access to materials, if those vendors do not have the item we cannot provide it.
- If you have links to the requested item, include those links in the Additional Information field.
