These instructions are for reserving library rooms at both Rolvaag and Halverson library through the WebCheckout reservation system.  Other rooms throughout campus may be reserved with other checkout systems, such as 25Live. A list of the reservable rooms is available as well. 

1. Go to stolaf.webcheckout.net/sso/patron
2. Click on New in the upper right corner
3. In the pop-up select Library Spaces, then click OK
4. Set the date and time that you want to reserve a room, and confirm your selection by clicking the green checkmarks next to them

Rooms must be reserved 24 hours in advance, and the reservations must be between 30 minutes and 4 hours:

1.  Check the checkbox agreeing to the terms and conditions, then confirm by checking the green checkbox next to it

1. To add items to your reservation, click on either of the Browse Catalog buttons in the Contents section

1. Find the item you want to add to your cart and click into the item record. More information about the loan terms, user guides, and details about the item can be found here
2. Add the item to your cart by doing one of the following: 
   1. Select the green plus icon under the image  (this will add any available item into your cart)
   2. OR Select a specific item you want by clicking the green cart icon by the item
   3. To see when items are available, select the Timeline button 
3. Click Return to Reservation at the bottom or the X in the upper right corner to exit the selection screen 
4. Click the Submit Reservation button
   1. If there is a Reservation has errors notification you have to fix something before submitting the reservation
   2. Click Click Here For More Info… to get information on how you can resolve any issues
5.  Once your issue is solved, the message will say Looks Good! and the Submit Reservation button  will appear
6.  You will receive an email confirmation when the reservation is successfully saved. If you are sure you saved your reservation but did not receive an email, check your spam folder. If you did not receive an email, your reservation did not save.
