Overview

This article is for instructors who create or edit videos on their iPad and then want to make those videos available to students via Moodle. Many Carleton professors use the app called Explain Everything to create their whiteboard-style lectures and then export them to video.

Uploading Video to Moodle

  1. First export this video to your Photos app on your iPad.
  2. Open Safari (or another web browser) on your iPad
  3. Navigate to the place in Moodle where you would like to share your video
  4. In Moodle, where you would typically drag and drop a file, you will want to open the File Picker window. This is indicated with button in the upper left of the file upload area.
