Instructors can use the standard manual enrollment instructions to search for and enroll the user's account in their course site.
- Instructor must select their course
- Select the Participants option (on the left-hand side)
- Click 'Enrol users'
- In 'Select users', type the Gmail address of the user
- Click on the option that matches the Gmail address
- Change the 'Assign role' to the appropriate role for the user
- Click 'Enrol selected users and cohorts'
The user is now enrolled and can access the course via 'Non-Carleton Accounts'
