Google Meet: Installing the Web App

The Google Meet App is a video conferencing application that is available for Android and iOS devices in the Google Play and the App Store.

Why use the App:

  1. The app operates as a separate, dedicated window, eliminating the need for and confusion associated with finding the specific meeting browser tab.

  2. The app provides a more stable, dedicated environment, reducing the risk of browser-related lags.

  3. Reduces the likelihood of accidentally closing the meeting when closing a browser window.
