Troubleshooting: SPSS Licensing/Activation Message

SPSS Statistics is a statistical software suite developed by IBM for data management, advanced analytics, multivariate analysis, business intelligence, and criminal investigation. It is available on Carleton's refreshing lab computers, and can also be installed on personal computers. This article deals with troubleshooting for SPSS, if the software is not functioning normally.

Lab Computers

Refreshing macOS Computers:  This summer, if a refreshing macOS computer is not functioning as expected, try logging out, waiting for the computer to refresh, and log back in.

If you need to use SPSS on the Windows side of refreshing computers this summer, please let us know the specific location so we can update the license codes.  All Windows refreshing labs will be updated before fall term.

If you have a non-refreshing lab that needs SPSS this summer, please let us know.
