If you do not have a phone or have a problem with the current one, or if you need a secondary authentication device, you can request a small token that generates access codes for you each time you need one.
How to Request

Contact the ITS Helpdesk a week in advance, if possible, to request a key fob. You can call the Helpdesk at 507-222-5999, begin a chat session or create a ticket on our Client Portal at go.carleton.edu/helpdesk

The ITS Helpdesk will contact you through your ticket and you will receive an email when your key fob is ready to be picked up
Fob Falling out of Sync
It is possible for your key fob to fall out of sync and prevent you from signing in if it has been in a pocket or bag for a long time. If this occurs, call or visit the Helpdesk and we can assist you with re-syncing the fob with your account.
