Transition Field Mapping: Stewardship-related notes

Advance note types and their new locations in Slate

• DRE moved to Donor Restriction Excerpt field (Fund record, Stewardship tab)
• CIT moved to Award Publication Description field in the Fund Award entity table on the Stewardship tab
• SSB moved to Award/Honor Description field in the Fund Award entity table on the Stewardship
• SSC did not move to Slate (duplicates SSB information)
