Embedding a Video in the KB from Panopto

  1. Upload the video to Panopto (Here are PEPS's instructions on using Panopto)
  2. In Panopto, select Share after the video has been uploaded
  3. Under Who Can Access, click Change
  4. Select Public (Unlisted) unless there's a good reason to select something else
  5. Click the icon for Embed
  6. Toggle OFF the Responsive embed option
  7. Under Interactivity, select None
  8. Click the Copy Embed Code button
  9. In the Knowledge Base, open the Editing page for the article in question
  10. Click the Source button in the editing toolbar
  11. Paste the embed code you copied earlier where you'd like the video to show up
