Creating a Reservation in Webcheckout

  1. Log in to WebCheckout
  2. Select the Information Technology Services Checkout Center
  3. Select a New Reservation
    1. Start typing the name of the requester and select them from a list
    2. Set the pickup date to the requested date, with a start time of 10:00AM
    3. Set the return date to 3 or 7 days from the pickup date, depending on the item requested, with a time of 4:30PM

  4. Find the requested equipment, ensure you are double clicking Resource Type
  5. Click "Confirm Reservation" you will see a notification that the reservation is complete.
