Creating a Reservation in Webcheckout
- Log in to WebCheckout
- Select the Information Technology Services Checkout Center
- Select a New Reservation

- Start typing the name of the requester and select them from a list
- Set the pickup date to the requested date, with a start time of 10:00AM
- Set the return date to 3 or 7 days from the pickup date, depending on the item requested, with a time of 4:30PM
(click here for Equipment reservation durations)
- Find the requested equipment, ensure you are double clicking Resource Type
- Click "Confirm Reservation" you will see a notification that the reservation is complete.
