Link Checking in the TDX Knowledgebase - ITS Only

Currently, only Iris has permissions in the applications that make this process work.

Getting reports of broken links:

1. In TDAdmin, go to Applications > Carleton Client Portal > Knowledge Base > Articles
2. Export the article list to Excel
3. Paste into columns B-P of the KB Articles - Generate URL Lists spreadsheet
4. Filter the column with the heading "Public" to TRUE
5. Copy the resulting URLs from Column A into a csv file
6. Go to the DubBot Dashboard and click the Settings button to the right of the KB site name
7. Under URLs to Crawl, select Import CSV
8. Upload the CSV file you just created
9. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Note that you can also select all the URLs and delete them if you'd like. But if you do a fresh import DubBot will de-dupe your URL list for you.

1. If desired, clear the current URL list
   1. Select all the URLs
   2. click the trash icon
