Knowledge Base: Article Ownership

  • Every article must have an owner, and article owners are able to edit their own articles even if they don't have access to edit everything in the KB.
  • Ideally this will be the TDX Group most closely associated with maintenance of the page, and ideally they should get notifications whenever feedback is submitted. Articles should be owned by individual people only if there is no group that makes better sense.
  • The KB Team, which authors and maintains the majority of the articles in the KB, can be the default owner of articles.

If you wish to add new people to the KB so that they can be owners, please submit a TDX Administration Ticket.
