Boodlebox is a generative artificial intelligence (genAI) platform that brings together access to full versions of the major genAI models in a protected, efficient environment. Anyone can create a free account on Boodlebox and use it for up to 5 free prompts in a day. Creating an account is also the first step in receiving full access to Boodlebox through St. Olaf's license.

Creating an Account

To create your account, go to boodlebox.ai and click on the Sign in button.

On the next page, verify that the Sign up tab is highlighted in bold, and then click on Sign up with Google. Depending on your Google logged in status, this will either take you directly to the Boodlebox interface, ask you to choose which of your logged in Google accounts to use, or prompt you to log in. Note: it is important that you use your @stolaf.edu account to create your Boodlebox sign in if you wish to be eligible to use it with a St. Olaf license.

Joining St. Olaf Licensed Team

If you have been assigned a full license to use Boodlebox under St. Olaf's license, you will receive an email informing you of your invitation with some instructions to proceed. Once you have create your account, or when you first login to your existing @stolaf.edu account after being invited, you will see an invitation notice in the top menu bar. Clicking on this invite will add you officially to the St. Olaf team, and switch your team name (in the upper right corner) from "User's Team" to "St. Olaf Boodlebox" and give you unlimited use of the tool.
