Overview

For account requests, including:

• Username Change
• Extended account access
• New employee account setup
• Early account access*

*For early account access, a current Carleton community member will need to submit the request

Common requests:

• I need to keep my account open
• I need access to my account early
• There is a new staff member who needs an account.
• My name changed, can I update my username?
